2 starting situation why c mon14 / c mon17? high number of school drop outs preventive approach early identifying of young adults in danger of dropping out high number of young adults with no graduation / negative graduation not being mentored by PES financed by ESF, WAFF and AMS (PES) increasing number of unemployed young adults especially: low qualified young adults multiple problems and topics loss of self confidence in times of being unemployed financed by AMS März

3 target group: low skilled young adults aged 14 to 17 preventing school drop out guidance and advice during transition - lower secondary education / higher secondary education / labour market connecting them with AMS working on perspectives, to enhance individual skills / key skills and empowerment our aims integration of low skilled young people, aged 17 21, into the regular labour market to achieve higher qualification to change self perception of young adults to amend social skills of young adults successful empowerment März

4 how do we succeed? our teams are gender balanced, multi professional, multi cultural voluntariness confidential and constant cooperation with the same Case Manager focusing on individual needs of each case / individual screening mentoring/advice for young people up to two years (c mon14) up to one year (c mon17) empowerment holistic approach support during first months on a new job networking / lobbying März
