3 Unternehmenszweck (Gesellschaftsvertrag) Folgender Zweck soll durch die Gesellschaft erreicht werden: Zweck der Gesellschaft ist die Positionierung des von ihr betriebenen Unternehmens im österreichischen Innovationssystem als das maßgebliche österreichische Forschungsinstitut auf internationalem Spitzenniveau, ausgerichtet auf die zentralen Infrastrukturthemen der Zukunft. Im Kerngeschäft soll das Unternehmen Forschungs- und Technologieanbieter sein, wobei die Forschungsaktivitäten to position the auf AIT Basisinnovationen as the leading für nächste Austrian Technologiegenerationen research auszurichten institute sind.
