How to break down safety culture into a behavioral oriented training? basic skills are inherent in the behavioral repertoire of the individual operator. in non routine situations it is crucial to utilize these skills efficiently. focus on non routine situations training set up is not representing daily operations therefore need for low fidelity simulation environment to train basic skills

6 1. How to break down safety culture into a behavioral oriented training? To train these skills a general definition and commonly agreed set of behavioral markers is needed. Skills list - validated - modified for ATM personnel
