Verordnung zum Gerätescherhetsgesetz-Explosonsschutzverordnung-ExVO n das eutsche Recht übernoen. e Rchtlne 94/9 EG beschrebt de nforderungen für de usrüstung, Scherhetssysteme und Komponenten für potenzell explosve Umgebungen. 8 EG-Baumusterprüfung Ene EG-Baumusterprüfung st für alle Geräte und Schutzsysteme erforderlch, de n gasexplosonsgefährdeten Berechen der Zonen 0, und de n staubexplosonsgefährdeten Berechen der Zonen 20 und 2 engesetzt werden. Nur für Geräte und Schutzsysteme der Kategore II 3G und 3, de n der Zone 2 und 22 engesetzt werden, recht ene Erklärung des Herstellers. e EG-Baumusterprüfung darf nur von benannten Stellen (Prüflaboratoren) durchgeführt werden. Für explosonsgeschützte, elektrsche Betrebsmttel snd de Prüflaboratoren n der Tabelle auf Sete 299 gelstet. amt ene EG-Baumusterprüfbeschengung ertelt werden kann, muss der Hersteller/Leferant für sene Produkton en zertfzertes Qualtätsscherungssystem nach ISO 900 ff. vorwesen, das enem zusätzlchen QS-udt mt spezellen nforderungen an Ex-Betrebsmttel unterzogen wrd. er Hersteller/ Leferant erhält ene Mttelung über de nerkennung sener Qualtätsscherung für sene Produkton von der benannten Stelle. PFLITSH lässt de EG-Baumusterprüfungen durch de PTB Physkalsch-Technsche Bundesanstalt und für spezelle Kabelverschraubungen durch SIR durchführen. e PTB hat das QS-System von PFLITSH für de Produkton von explosonsgeschützten Kabelverschraubungen unter der Nuer PTB 0 TEX Q 006- anerkannt. Für alle Ex-Kabelverschraubungen, Ex-Verschlussstopfen und dapter müssen EG-Baumusterprüfbeschengungen und EG-Konformtätserklärungen des Herstellers/Leferanten vorlegen. e Geräte oder de Verpackungen müssen mt dem E-Zechen gekennzechnet sen. 294 Explosonsschutz/Exploson proof E type examnaton E type examnaton s for all equpment and protecton systems mplemented n potentally gas-explosve areas of zones 0, and those n potentally dust-explosve areas of zones 20 and 2.
