3 Für Gas- und Staub-Umgebungen Für den Ensatz n Ex-Berechen betet PFLITSCH en bretes Kabelverschraubungssortment, zertfzert nach der aktuellen ATEX-Rchtlne für de Ensatzbereche G (Gas) und D (Dust) n der Geräteklasse II und n den Zündschutzarten e (erhöhte Scherhet) und d (druckfeste Kapselung). (-5) Für de Zündschutzart e betet PFLITSCH m UNI Dcht -System Ex-Verschraubungstypen aus Metall (Messng und Edelstahl) n M10 bs M80 bzw. Pg 7 bs Pg 48 und -Kunststoff n M16 bs M50 bzw. Pg 9 bs Pg 36 an. Alle explosonsgeschützten Kabelverschraubungen snd für Bereche G n Gas und D für staubge Umgebungen zugelassen. Für de Zündschutzart d (druckfeste Kapselung) betet PFLITSCH ene Rehe von Ex-Verschraubungstypen für armerte und ncht armerte Kabel und Letungen aus Metall (Messng und Edelstahl) n M16 bs M100 bzw. auf Anfrage mt Pg, Zoll oder NPT-Anschlussgewnde. Alle explosonsgeschützten Kabelverschraubungen snd für Bereche G n Gas und D für staubge Umgebungen, sowe M2 (m Bergbau be Gefährdung durch Grubengas/ Staub) zugelassen. De Kabelverschraubungen können n allen Berechen engesetzt werden, de unter de Zündschutzart e (erhöhte Scherhet) und d (druckfeste Kapselung) fallen (Zone 1 und 2, Zone 21 und 22). Dchtensätze aus unterschedlchen Werkstoffen Standard und Mehrfach ermöglchen verschedene Ensatz-Temperaturbereche zwschen -60 C und +180 C. Darüber hnaus betet PFLITSCH en umfangreches Sortment an Zubehör für de Zündschutzarten d und e an. Herzu zählen Blndstopfen, Erweterungen und Reduzerungen. Da heute auch an Gehäuse de Schutzart-Anforderungen stegen, st es erforderlch, dass de Luft m Gehäusenneren zrkuleren kann. Her betet PFLITSCH enen Entlüftungsstutzen für de Zündschutzart e erhöhte Scherhet an. Auch de blueglobe n M12 bs M85 snd nach ATEX zertfzert: Erhältlch n Messng vernckelt und n Edelstahl, mt enem -Dchtensatz für Temperaturbereche von -40 C bs +115 C und enem Slkon HT-Dchtensatz für Temperaturbereche von -55 C bs +160 C. For gas and dust envronments For applcaton n potentally explosve atmospheres, PFLITSCH offers a wde range of cable glands, certfed accordng to the current ATEX drectve for the felds of applcaton G (gas) and D (dust) n the equpment class II and n types of protecton e (exploson-protected) and d (pressure-resstant enclosure). (Fg. 1-5) For e type of protecton n the UNI Dcht - system, PFLITSCH offers ATEX gland types made of metal (brass and stanless steel) from M10 up to M80 and Pg 7 up to Pg 48, also n plastc from M16 up to M50 and Pg 9 up to Pg 36. Alongsde the exploson-protected types G for gas atmospheres, there are also D approved types for dusty envronments. For protecton type d (flameproof enclosure) PFLITSCH offers a range of Ex certfed metal (brass and stanless steel) cable glands for armoured and non-armoured cables and lnes. These are avalable n the szes M16 to M100 and can be suppled upon request wth Pg, mperal or NPT connectng threads. All exploson protected cable glands are approved for use n explosve gas atmospheres G and n dusty atmospheres D. They are also certfed for category M2 (for use n mnes where there s a rsk of fredamp and/or combustble dust). These cable glands can be used n all areas, fallng under the type of protecton e (ncreased safety) and d (flameproof enclosure) (zones 1 and 2, zone 21 and 22). Sealng nserts made of varous plastcs standard or multple make dfferent applcaton temperature ranges between -60 C and +180 C possble. PFLITSCH furthermore offers a comprehensve range of accessores for protecton types d and e. Ths ncludes blnd plugs, expanders and reducers. 5 Set 2003 muss jedes neue Ex-Gerät gemäß der EU-Rchtlne zertfzert sen gekennzechnet mt der CE-Kennzechnung und dem spezellen Kennzechen zur Verhütung von Explosonen. Da PFLITSCH als erster Hersteller n Europa begonnen hat, sene Ex-Kabelverschraubungen m System UNI Dcht entsprechend prüfen und zertfzeren zu lassen, kann der Anwender heute über ene brete Typenpalette verfügen, de kene Wünsche offen lässt. (-3) De PFLITSCH-Ex-Kabelverschraubungen entsprechen der EU-Rchtlne 94/9/EG (ATEX 95) für Gase (Kennzechnung G) und Stäube (Kennzechnung D). Dese Ex-Vers chraubungen dürfen n allen explosonsgefährdeten Berechen der Zonen 1, 2, 21 und 22 engesetzt werden. 7 Anforderungen an Ex-Kabel- und Letungsenführungen (Ex-Kabelverschraubungen) Alle Geräte, Schutzsysteme und Komponenten zur Verwendung n explosonsgefährdeten Berechen müssen der EG-Explo sons schutz- Rchtlne 94/9 EG entsprechen, des glt auch für Ex-Kabelverschraubungen als selbstständges Betrebsmttel. (-3) Dese Rchtlne wrd auch n der technschen Lteratur manchmal als EG-Ex-Rchtlne-ATEX 95 bezechnet. De Bezech nung ATEX wurde n de Nummererung der EG-Bau musterprüfbeschengungen, de auf der Grundlage deser EG-Rcht lne ausgestellt werden, zur Unterschedung aufgenommen. Dese Rchtlne wurde durch de 11. Verordnung zum Geräte scher hetsgesetz-explosons schutz verordnung-exvo n das natonale Recht der BRD übernommen. De Rchtlne 94/9 EG beschrebt de Anforderungen für de Ausrüstung, Scherhetssysteme und Komponenten für potenzell explosve Umgebungen. Se enthält de grundlegenden Scherhetsanforderungen und umfasst de Entwurfs-, de Konstruktonsphase und auch de Produktonsphase von explosonsgeschützten Betrebsmtteln (Geräten). Explosonsgeschützte Betrebsmttel unterlegen ener besonderen Fertgungsüberwachung, de über de Normen ISO 9001 ff. hnausgeht. EG-Explosonsschutz Rchtlne 94/9 EG regelt: - de Produktzulassung, - das Konformtätsverfahren, bestehend aus der EG-Baumusterprüfung, ener Qualtätsüberwachung und der EG-Konformtätserklärung des Herstellers /Leferanten - der CE-Konformtätskennzechnung für Geräte und Schutzsysteme. Ene EG-Baumusterprüfung st für alle Geräte und Schutz systeme erforderlch, de n gasexplosonsgefährdeten Berechen der Zonen 0, 1 und de n staubexplosonsgefährdeten Be rechen der Zonen 20 und 21 engesetzt werden. Nur für Geräte und Schutzsysteme der Kategore II 3G und 3D, de n der Zone 2 und 22 engesetzt werden, recht ene Erklärung des Herstellers. Demands on exploson-protected cable and lne nstallatons (exploson-protected cable glands) All equpment, protectve systems and components for use n potentally explosve areas must comply wth the EC Exploson Protecton Drectve 94/9 EC, ths also apples to exploson-protected cable glands as autonomous equpment. (Fgs. 1-3) Ths gudelne s sometmes also termed EC-Ex-Drectve-ATEX 95 n the techncal lterature. The desgnaton ATEX was duly ntegrated nto the numberng of EC desgn testng certfcates, ssued on the bass of ths EC drectve, for dfferentaton. Ths drectve was ncluded n natonal Federal German law through the 11th Ordnance to the Equpment Safety Act/Exploson Protecton Ordnance-ExVO. The drectve 94/9 EC regulates the requrements made on equpment, protecton systems and components for use n potentally explo - sve areas. It contans the fundamental safety requrements and encompasses the desgn, constructon and also producton phase of exploson protected equpment. Exploson-protected equpment s subjected to specal producton montorng, extendng beyond the standards of ISO 9001 et sequ. EC Exploson Protecton Drectve 94/9 EC regulates: - product certfcaton, - the conformty procedure, comprsng EC desgn testng, qualty control and the EC conformty declaraton of the manufacturer/ suppler - the CE conformty desgnaton for equpment and protecton systems. EC type examnaton s for all equpment and protecton systems mplemented n potentally gas-explosve areas of zones 0, 1 and those n potentally dust-explosve areas of zones 20 and 21. The manufacturer s declaraton s only adequate for equpment and protecton systems of category II 3G and 3D, mplemented n zone 2 and Ex 273

8 De EG-Baumusterprüfung darf nur von benannten Stellen (Prüflaboratoren) durchgeführt werden. Für explosonsgeschützte, elektrsche Betrebsmttel snd de Prüflaboratoren n der Tabelle 1 Sete 279 gelstet. Damt ene EG-Baumusterprüfbeschengung ertelt werden kann, muss der Hersteller/Leferant für sene Produkton en zertfzertes Qualtätsscherungssystem nach ISO 9001 ff. vorwesen, das enem zusätzlchen QS-Audt mt spezellen An forderungen an Ex-Betrebsmttel unterzogen wrd. Der Her steller/leferant erhält ene Mttelung über de Anerkennung sener Qualtätsscherung für sene Produkton von der benannten Stelle. PFLITSCH lässt de EG-Baumusterprüfungen durch de PTB Physkalsch-Technsche Bundesanstalt und für spezelle Kabel verschraubungen durch SIRA durchführen. De PTB hat das QS-System von PFLITSCH für de Produkton von explosonsgeschützten Kabelverschraubungen unter der Nummer PTB 01 ATEX Q anerkannt. Für alle Ex-Kabelverschraubungen, Ex-Verschlussstopfen und Adapter müssen EG-Baumusterprüfbeschengungen und EG- Konformtäts erklärungen des Herstellers/Leferanten vorlegen. De Geräte oder de Verpackung müssen mt dem CE-Zechen gekennzechnet sen. EC type examnaton may only be carred out by regstered nsttutes (testng laboratores). The testng laboratores are lsted n the table on page 279 for exploson-protected, electrcal equpment. In order for an EC type examnaton certfcate to be ssued, the manufacturer/suppler must present a certfed qualty assurance system n accordance wth ISO 9001 et sequ. for the producton, whch s subjected to an addtonal QS audt wth specal requrements made on potentally explosve equpment. The manufacturer/suppler wll receve notfcaton of the recognton of the qualty assurance for the producton from the nsttute named. PFLITSCH has EC type examnaton conducted by the PTB Physkalsch-Technsche Bundesanstalt and for specal cable glands by SIRA. PFLITSCH s QS system for the producton of exploson-protected cable glands has been recognsed by the PTB under the number PTB 01 ATEX Q EC type examnaton certfcates and EC conformty declaratons of the manufacturer/suppler must be avalable for all Ex cable glands, Ex screw plugs and adapters. Ex-Kabel- und Letungsenführungen (EN ) Kabel- und Letungsenführung, de unabhängg von dem Ge häuse des Betrebsmttels geprüft, aber als Betrebsmttel beschengt wrd und de be der Errchtung n das Gehäuse des Betrebsmttels engebaut werden kann. Entwässerungsenrchtung (EN ) En ntegrertes oder lösbares Tel enes druckfesten Gehäuses, das dazu dent, durch Kondensaton gebldetes Wasser aus dem Gehäuse entwechen zu lassen. Atmungsenrchtung (EN ) En ntegrertes oder lösbares Tel enes druckfesten Gehäuses, das dazu dent, den Austausch der Atmosphäre nnerhalb des Gehäuses mt der umgebenden Atmosphäre zu ermöglchen. 12 De Staubzündschutzart Schutz durch Gehäuse-tD wrd erfüllt durch ene hohe IP-Schutzart nach EN und durch de Begrenzung der Oberflächentemperatur des Gehäuses auf enen Wert, be dem ene Staubwolke oder abgelagerter Staub ncht gezündet oder zum Glmmen angeregt wrd. De höchste zulässge Oberflächentemperatur st abhängg von der Art des Staubes, der am Ort der Verwendung auftreten kann. De Gehäuse-Schutzart nach EN muss mndestens de Bedngungen der IP-Schutzart Staubgeschützt IP 5X erfüllen für den Ensatz n der Zone 22. De Ex-Kabelverschraubungen deses Kataloges erfüllen be ener normerten Prüfanordnung de Bedngungen der IP-Schutzart Staubdcht IP 6X und snd deshalb für den Ensatz n den Zonen 21 und 22 be letfähgem Staub geegnet. De Schutzart IP 6X st mmer an dem zur Anwendung kommenden Gehäuse mt monterter Kabelverschraubung zu überprüfen. 14 Auswahl, Installaton, Betreb von elektrschen Anlagen n explosonsgefährdeten Berechen Für de Errchtung und den Betreb von Anlagen n explosonsgefährdeten Berechen st de EG-Rchtlne 1999/92/EG Mndestvorschrften zur Verbesserung des Gesundhets schutzes und der Scherhet von Arbetnehmern, de durch explosonsfähge Atmosphäre gefährdet werden können zu beachten. Dese Rchtlne, auch als ATEX 137 bezechnet, wurde n das natonale Recht durch de Betrebsscherhetsverordnung BetrSchV umgesetzt. Dese Verordnung glt für alle überwachungsbedürftgen Anlagen m Snne des Gerätescherhetsgesetzes. De Betrebsscherhetsverordnung glt auch für Anlagen n explosonsgefährdeten Berechen und für Lageranlagen, Füllstellen, Tankstellen und Entleerstellen, n denen hoch- und lecht entzündlche Flüssgketen gelagert oder umgeschlagen werden. Elektrsche Anlagen n explosonsgefährdeten Berechen müssen nach den Vorschrften deser Verordnung sowe m Übrgen nach dem Stand der Technk montert, nstallert und betreben werden. Se dürfen nur n Betreb genommen werden, wenn se de Anforderungen der Betrebsscherhetsverordnung erfüllen.
