1 Call for participation International Training Seminar December 2017 in Wolmirstedt Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.v. organizes an International Training Seminar from the 4th till the 10th of December in BFZ Wolmirstedt, Germany (Saxony-Anhalt). One week training course is a follow-up of the big Eurocamp project organized in August 2017, where 55 people from 21 different countries had the chance to learn more about the Sustainable Development. The project is a wonderful opportunity to get an insight on project management. It will help young people in organizing intercultural trainings or seminars. The training will allow to young trainers and youth workers to develop their own skillset and methods, with different inputs, approaches and exercises, so that they can facilitate workshops, trainings, camps and daily work with youth. The training also offers an opportunity to make connections and find likeminded people in organizing joint projects in the future. Application Deadline: 15th of November 2017 Dates: Arrival date: 4th of December 2017 before 12:00 Start of the program: 4th of December 2017 in the afternoon End of the program: 10th of December 2017 in the morning Departure date: 10th of December 2017 after Lunch Participants are not allowed to arrive late and leave early. Program: On the first day participants will get to know each other and the trainers that will lead the seminar. During the second day we will talk about the specifics of organizing typical cultural projects and the planning of projects. Participants will have the chance to present their ideas and get theoretical understanding of creating their own organizations. On the third day we will talk about competences for trainers and how to lead a group by your own. The participants will get a handful insight on how to build groups, to moderate them and how to behave in a conflict situations.

During the next three days the participants will learn how to organize simulation games as a tool for getting more practical knowledge about a certain topic.

The participants will also present their cultures during cultural evenings. At the end of the seminar we will do the evaluation of the training and discuss the possible perspectives. The main method of the training will be non-formal education. The participants will be divided into groups and will be assigned certain tasks. They are going to be guided by the trainers. After the tasks they will receive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Language: The language of the seminar will be English. Participants: The project is for young people that are interested in youth work and want to gain skills in facilitating training courses and seminars. Age: Between 18 and 25 Costs: Accommodation, food, insurance and all materials are covered by the organization. There is a participation fee of 40. For the international participants (living outside of Germany) travel costs will be reimbursed according to the distance from their city to Wolmirstedt. It will be calculated with 9 cents per kilometer. For the German participants the travel costs will not be reimbursed. 4 2017 Eine Initiative des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt Ausschreibung zur Teilnahme Internationales Bildungsseminar Dezember 2017 in Wolmirstedt Die Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.v. organisiert ein Internationales Bildungsseminar, welches vom bis im Bildungs- und Freizeitzentrum Wolmirstedt stattfindet. Das Seminar ist eine Fortsetzung der Jugendbegegnung Eurocamp, welche im August 2017 mit 55 Menschen aus 21 verschiedenen Ländern durchgeführt wurde. Das Bildungsseminar bietet die Chance in das Thema Projektmanagement einzusteigen. Es soll junge Menschen bestärken selber Kulturprojekte/ interkulturelle Veranstaltungen/ Trainings/ Seminare zu planen und durchzuführen. Es bietet die Möglichkeit das eigene Set an Methoden durch vielseitigen Input zu erweitern und sich mit Menschen zu vernetzen, welche in dem Bereich Jugendarbeit tätig sind oder tätig werden wollen. Anmeldungsschluss: Termine: Ankunft: bis 12:00 Uhr Programmstart: am Nachmittag Programmende: am Vormittag Abfahrt: nach Uhr Programm: Am ersten Tag ist viel Zeit dafür eingeplant die anderen Teilnehmenden und Anleitenden kennen zu lernen und gemeinsam das Programm zu besprechen. Während des zweiten Tages wird das Thema Projektmanagement im Fokus stehen. Hier können die Teilnehmenden eigene Ideen für Kulturprojekte vorstellen und diese theoretisch durchspielen. Am dritten Tag werden die Teilnehmenden über die Kompetenzen von Teamenden sprechen und es wird eine Schulung durchgeführt, um diese zu entwickeln und selbst Gruppen anleiten zu können. In den nachfolgenden Tagen wird die Europa-Simulation durchgeführt und vermittelt. Die Elemente der Simulation werden im Einzelnen durchgespielt und im Anschluss besprochen. Diese Übung dient dazu mehr praktisches Wissen auf dem Gebiet der Simulation zu erlangen. Die Teilnehmenden werden auch in einen kulturellen Austausch miteinander treten, welcher besonders in den interkulturellen Abenden Raum finden wird.

5 Am Ende des Seminars wird eine gemeinsame Evaluation stattfinden und über mögliche Perspektiven gesprochen. Sprache: Das Seminar findet auf Englisch statt. Teilnehmende: Das Bildungsseminar richtet sich an junge Menschen, welche selbst kulturelle Projekte mit Jugendlichen entwickeln und durchführen wollen. Alter: Jahre Kosten: Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Versicherungen und Materialkosten werden von der Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.v. übernommen. Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 40,00 Euro. Für Teilnehmende, welche nicht in Deutschland leben werden die Reisekosten anteilig erstattet (einmalig vom Wohnort nach Wolmirstedt mit 9 Cent pro Kilometer). Für Teilnehmende aus Deutschland werden die Reisekosten nicht erstattet.
