6 Bearbeitungsschritt und Erläuterung Process step and commentary Bedeutung der Textfelder bei Rot: keine Teile in dem Montagewerkzeug verbaut. Meaning of description boxes at red color: not a part in the Assembly tool inside. Die Textfelder werden nur grün, wenn die Sensoren betätigt werden z.b. durch das Einlegen eines Kabels. The description boxes become a green color when the sensors get activate. For example: by insert of a cable. Trägerschlitten einfügen Integrate sliding carriage Einlegen des Isolators Insertion of insulator Das Kabel einlegen und die obere Endlage wird grün. Der Hebel wird jetzt freigeschaltet und kann betätigt werden. Put in the cable and the upper final position is green. The lever is now unlocked and can be operated. Date Name Tools: e M. 7 Obere Endlage wird nur grün wenn der Hebel komplett nach dem Arbeitsgang nach oben gedrückt wurde. Presse schaltet nur bei grüner Freigabe frei. The upper final position gets green only when the lever got pushed completely on top after operation. The press gets unlocked when the unblocking sign shines in green. Messung der Kabel. Wenn das Kabel in Ordnung ist wird dies am Bildschirm durch den grünen Punkt und durch das Symbol IO angezeigt. Messwert ist auf der rechten Seite des Bildschirms ersichtlich. Measurement of cables. If appear a green dot and the sign IO on the screen right down the cable is in a good opinion. The measurement value is visible on the right screen side. Der rote Punkt und das Symbol NIO zeigen einen Fehler. Das Textfeld ist hier in weiß dargestellt. Durch das Befolgen der dargestellten Schritte wird das Problem behoben. z.b Schlitten entnehmen. For example: remove sliding carriage. Unter der Berücksichtigung der Anweisungen im Textfeld, werden die Sensoren wieder betätigt. Dadurch werden die Textfelder von weiß auf grün umgeschaltet. Under consideration of the instructions of description box the sensors can get activated again. During this process the colours of the description boxes switches from white to green. 8 Wenn der Schlitten mit dem NIO Teil hier eingefügt wird, muss er bis zum Anschlag eingeführt werden und den Hebel betätigen. Somit fällt das schlechte Kabel in die NIO BOX und betätigt einen Sensor. Erst jetzt schaltet das Programm wieder in die Grundstellung um. Solange das Programm nicht umgeschaltet hat, besteht keine möglichkeit den Presshebel zu betätigen. If the sliding carriage together with the NIO-part is inserted here, it has to be inserted until stop and the lever has to get activated. Therefore the bad cable get into the NIO-box and activates a sensor. Now the software goes back to the basic setting. As long as the software does not switched to basic settings, there is no way to activate the lever. Der Schlitten wird in die Schlittenführung eingelegt. Jetzt wird der Hebel zu sich gezogen so dass der Schlitten komplett eingeführt wird. Das Programm schaltet auf grün um. The sliding carriage gets inserted into the slide channel. Now the lever gets pulled to himself, so that the sliding carriage gets inserted completely. The software switches to green. Isolierteil an den Vakuumstempel einfügen. Das Programm schaltet auf grün um, sobald die Position erreicht wurde. Insert insulator to the vacuum stamp. The software will switch to green once the position has been reached. Center conductor should bite into insulator a little. Montagemöglichkeiten: Variante 1: Kabel händisch mit kreisender Bewegung einführen. Variante 2: Kabel mit Pinzette unter leichter Wackelbewegung einführen. mounting possibilities: Variant 1: Insert cable manually in circling moves. Variant 2: Insert cable with tweezers in slight wiggling moves. Der Innenleiter wurde mit einem Werkzeug eingedrückt und befindet sich auf Position.
