Grundprinzipien und Zusammenfassung Integrierte Sicht auf die Risk und Finanzarchitektur ist entschieden und Voraussetzung zur Erfüllung der regulatorischen Anforderungen Architekturkonzepte beginnen bei Business Prozessen und dem Business - IT Alignment. Erste Group verwendet das TOGAF Model als Standard. IT Standardisierung (BI und SAP) ist notwendig für eine kosteneffiziente Umsetzung. Individuallösungen werden durch Standardlösungen innerhalb der Gruppe ersetzt. Neue Anforderungen (COREP, FINREP, AUREP Austrian Reporting) stellen eine hohe Anforderung an Datenqualität. Eine zentrale Steuerung der Datenqualität ist ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor Eine zentrale Governance für CRO/CFO und COO schafft die notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen für eine integrierte Finanzarchitektur Page 23
