4 Description Range of application The Roulett is a traditional venetian blind, intended for use with 15 (9/16 ), 16 (5/8 ), 25 (1 ) or 35 mm (1 3/8 ) slats. This blind is designed for inside free hanging mount or between double glazing. Control Standard Manually operated 1.4 mm cords, which can be automatically or manually locked, control the raising and lowering functions. When the cords are automatically locked they are routed through a crash proof cord lock positioned in the head rail. Moving the cords towards the centre of the blind, stretching them and then carefully releasing the tension, release the cord lock. To lock the blind, move the cords back to a vertical position. Tilting of the slats is operated by wand. For free hanging mount is the wand hooked onto the tilt gear, which then turns the torsion rod. For double glazing mount, the slats are tilted by a wand connected to a Bowden cable through the window frame. Monocommand Manually operated continuous ball chain, control the raising-, lowering functions and tilting. Motorization A remote control that sends with radio waves to a receiver that is included in the motor unit, control the raising, lowering functions and tilting. A short press on either the up or down on the button raise or lower the blind. To tilt the blind, push and hold the up or down button to get a step by step tilting. Components Tape roll supports and tape rolls are manufactured of high quality plastic material and galvanized steel, which ensures a smooth and easy function. Cord locks are manufactured of steel and brass and tilt gears of strong and maintenance free plastic. Installation brackets are made of galvanized steel or powder coated steel. Slats 15, 16, 25 or 35 mm wide of stove enamelled special aluminium alloy. Textiles Lift cord and string tape of 100% polyester. Profiles The rails are made of roll formed stove enamelled steel. The head rail is 27 mm (1 1/8 ) wide and 19 mm (6/8 ) high and fits between the panes in the majority of windows. The bottom rails are 17.5 mm (11/16 ) 25 mm (1 ) or 35 mm (1 3/8 ) wide, depending on the width of the slats. 2

5 Beschreibung Einsatzgebiete Die Jalousie-Konstruktion Roulett kann mit 15, 16, 25 oder 35 mm Lamellen ausgerüstet werden. Roulett ist für die freihängende Befestigung auf der Fensterimenseite oder zwichen zwei FensterScheiben konstruirt. Bedienung Standard Bedienung Aufziehen und Herablassen der Lamellen erfolgt mittels Schnur 1.4 mm. Bei freihängenden Jalousien können verschiedenen Schnurschlösser angeboten werden. Bei Verbundfenster - Jalousetten wird Schnurhalter gebraucht. Im Verbundfenster werden die Lamellen mit Wendestab und einer biegsamen Welle, die durch den Fensterrahmen geführt wird, gewendet. Bei freihängenden Jalousien werden die Lamellen durch Wendestab-biegsame Welle oder SchneckengetriebePlexiglas-Stab betätigt, auch mit Schnurwendung möglich. Einorganbedienung Die Bedienung auf und ab der Jalousie und die Einstellung der Lamellenstellung erfolgt mit Hilfe einer Endlosskugelkette. Motorisierung Eine Fernsteuerung, die mit Radiowellen zu einem in dem Motor eingebauten Empfänger sendet, erlaubt die Bedienung auf und ab der Jalousie und die Einstellung der Lamellenstellung. Einfach auf den Knopf auf oder ab drücken und die Jalousie geht nach oben oder nach unten. Ein bischen auf dem ausgewähltem Knopf bleiben und die Lamellen stellen sich nach und nach auf Wunsch ein. Profile Leisten aus einbrem lackiertem, rollgeformaten stahl. Die Oberleiste, 27 mm breit - 19 mm hoch, ist für die meisten Fenster geeignet. Die Unterleiste, 17.5, 20, 25 oder 35 mm, ist abhängig von der Lamellen-Breite. Lamellen 15, 16, 25 oder 35 mm breit. Aus einer eingebrannten Spezial-Aluminium-Legierung. Textilien Zugschnüre und Leiterkordel sind aus 100% Polyester. Maße Standard Bedienung Max Breite 3000 mm Max Höhe 3000 mm Max Grösse 8 m 2 Die obengenannten Masse sollten nicht überschritten werden. Bauteile Lagerböcke und Wenderollen aus hochwertigem Kunststoff und galvanisiertem Stahl gewährleisten die geräuscharme Bedienung der Jalousie. Die Schlossgehäuse bestehen aus Stahl und Messing, die Stabwendegetriebe aus widerstandsfähigem, wartungsfreiem Kunststoff. Die Träger sind aus verzinktem bzw. lackierten Stahl hergestellt. 3

6 Description Domaine d utilisation Le Store Vénitien Roulett peut être équipé de lames de 15, 16, 25 ou 35 mm de largeur. Il est un store vénitien pour installation intérieure ou entre double-vitrage Réglage Manoeuvre standard L abaissement et la remontée du store se fait par des cordons de tirage 1.4 mm. En pose intérieure, différents freins de cordons sont disponibles. Entre double-vitrage, on bloque les cordons en les enroulant sur des boutons en plastique. En pose entre doublevitrage, les lames sont orientées par une tige reliée par un flexible à l axe du boîtier. Le flexible traverse la châssis de la fenêtre. En pose intérieure, les lames sont orientées soit par une tige hexagonale transparente reliée à un orienteurà engrenage, soit par des cordons reliés à un orienteur. Monocommande La montée et la descente du store ainsi que l'orientation des lames se font manuellement à l'aide d'une chaînette sans fin. Motorisation Une télécommande envoie des ondes radio vers un récepteur inclus dans le moteur et permet la montée et la descente du store ainsi que l'orientation des lames. Il suffit d'appuyer sur l'un ou l'autre bouton pour monter ou descendre le store. Pour l'orientation des lames, il faut rester un peu sur l'un ou l'autre bouton afin d'obtenir peu à peu l'orientation désirée des lames. Composants Les supports de rouleaux et les rouleaux d orientation sont fabriqués dans un matériau polymère de haute qualité, et en acier galvanisé, conférant à l appareil un fonctionnement silencieux. Les freins de cordon son en acier et en laiton, tandis que les engrenages à vis sont fabriqués dans un plastique polymère résistant et sans entretien Les appliques de montage sont en acier galvanisé ou en acier peint. Profilés Les profiés sont fabriqués en acier laminé laqué. Le boîtier de 27 mm de large et de 19 mm de haut s adapte à la plupart des fenêtres.
