4 Wichtige Hinweise Important information A B C H Alle Schieberstangenbohrungen Ø10.1 mm. Zuschnittstoleranzen ±0.5 mm. Bewegliche Teile insbesondere Ecklager, Schere, Schieberstangenkanal und Schließzapfen vor der Montage mit säurefreiem Fett behandeln. Alle Verschlussstellen (Schließzapfen) sind mit einem Innensechsrundschlüssel T 25 einstellbar. (±1 mm).liste der Montagelehren auf der Rückseite. Schieberstangenkanal an Flügelecken öffnen. er Mittelverschluss ist horizontal entsprechend der Profilstabilität und der jeweiligen Windlast und Größe einzusetzen (s. zulässige Flügelgrößen). Befestigung des Aufsatzgetriebes durch Flachkopfschrauben mit Schraubensicherung gelb. ie Anschlagmaße für die Kippschere unbedingt einhalten. Original Roto Schrauben mit Schraubensicherung gelb verwenden. Achtung: ie Kippschere ist nicht für den waagrechten Einbau geeignet. Profilecken müssen rechtwinklig, grat- und klebstofffrei sein. as Fenster ist nach dem Einbau auf Funktionalität zu prüfen. Alle Abbildungen sind IN rechts gezeichnet, Ansicht von innen. Maßangaben in mm. A B C H All holes in connecting rod drilled with 10.1 mm diameter. Cutting tolerance ±0.5 mm. All moving parts especially the bearing pin, corner pivot rest, connecting rod groove and cam must be treated with acidfree grease prior to installation. All locking points can be adjusted (±1 mm) with a T 25 hexalobular key. Open connecting rod at sash corners. The horizontal centre lock must be fitted in accordance with the stability of the profile as well as with the wind loading and the size (see admissable sash sizes). Fixing of geared handle via flat-headed screws with yellow screw retention. Please note the measure for installation of the tilt stays. Use Original Roto countersunk head screws with yellow screw retention. Note The tilt-only retainer arm is not adapted for the horizontal installation. Profile corners must be rectangular and free of burr and adhesive. The window must be tested to ensure correct functioning after being fitted. All drawings are shown as a IN right-hand version - according to IN German Industrial Norm (viewed from inside). All dimensions are in mm.
