When using these supplementary GPS/FMS RNAV procedures, the pilot shall check and ensure that the underlying conventional flight procedures are adhered to by monitoring the information of the ground-based navigation aids. General regulations for the handling of air traffic on the aprons 5.1 Allgemeines 5.1 General Die folgenden Regeln sind Anweisungen im Sinne der 22 und 23 LuftVO. Sie sind gleichfalls Weisungen des Flughafenunternehmers in Ergänzung zur Benutzungsordnung (FBO) für den Sonderlandeplatz Hamburg-Finkenwerder. Die Gültigkeit der Bestimmungen der Benutzungsordnung bleibt unberührt. 5.2 Bodenfunkstelle 5.2 Aeronautical station Auf den Vorfeldern 1 und 3 führt die Platzkontrollstelle mittels Funksprechverkehr, Rufzeichen FINKENWERDER TOWER, die gesamte Bewegungslenkung als Unterstützungsleistung für den Flughafenbetreiber durch. Auf dem Vorfeld 2, der Kompensierscheibe und der Rollgasse O führt Apron Control mittels Funksprechverkehr, Rufzeichen FINKENWERDER APRON, die gesamte Bewegungslenkung durch. Im Bedarfsfall stehen Leitfahrzeuge zur Verfügung. 5.3 Benutzung der Vorfelder mit Luftfahrzeugen 5.3 Aircraft using the aprons Die Benutzung der Vorfelder mit Luftfahrzeugen ist nur mit Zustimmung der Platzkontrollstelle bzw. Vorfeldkontrolle zulässig und unterliegt deren Weisungen. Zustimmung zum Befahren der Vorfelder erteilt die Platzkontrollstelle (Vorfelder 1 und 3) bzw. Vorfeldkontrolle (Vorfeld 2) über Funk sowie durch Einsatz von Leitfahrzeugen. Zustimmung für die Benutzung der Vorfelder mit Luftfahrzeugen ist stets vorher bei der Platzkontrollstelle/Vorfeldkontrolle einzuholen. Die mit einer Zustimmung verbundenen Weisungen sind zu befolgen Die Vorfelder werden entsprechend des Charakters eines Werkflugplatzes auch als Arbeitsvorfeld benutzt, d.h. auf den Vorfeldern werden auch Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den Flugbetrieb durchgeführt. 5.4 Rollen von Luftfahrzeugen 5.4 Taxiing of aircraft Luftfahrzeuge müssen während des gesamten Rollvorganges ständigen Funkkontakt mit FINKENWERDER TOWER (Vorfelder 1 und 3) bzw. FIN- KENWERDER APRON (Vorfeld 2) aufrecht erhalten. Angeordnete Frequenzwechsel müssen unverzüglich vorgenommen werden. Setzt die Vorfeldkontrolle zur Führung eines rollenden Luftfahrzeuges ein Leitfahrzeug ein, hat der Pilot dessen Signale zu beachten. Der Pilot kann zur Unterstützung ein Leitfahrzeug bei der Vorfeldkontrolle anfordern "Nose-in" Flugzeugabstellplätze dürfen nur mit Schlepperhilfe (pushback) verlassen werden. Die Verwendung von Schubumkehr oder von Verstellpropellern zum Verlassen von Stellplätzen ist untersagt Luftfahrzeuge dürfen auf den Vorfeldern nur auf und entlang der gelben Rollleitlinie gerollt werden. In Ausnahmefällen sind Rollbewegungen abseits der Rollleitlinien nur nach besonderer Weisung von FINKENWERDER TOW- ER bzw. FIN- KENWERDER APRON (Vorfeld 2) einzuholen. Nach erfolgtem Zurückstoßvorgang ist über Funk die Rollbereitschaft mitzuteilen. FINKENWERDER APRON führt abfliegende Luftfahrzeuge in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich bis zum Übergabepunkt an FINKENWERDER TOWER. Dort erhält der Pilot die Anweisung, Funkkontakt mit FINKENWERDER TOWER aufzunehmen. 5.9 Verfahren für ankommende Luftfahrzeuge 5.9 Procedures for arriving aircraft Ankommende Luftfahrzeuge rollen auf den Vorfeldern 1 und 3 gemäß Anweisung von FINKENWERDER TOWER zu ihrer Abstellposition. Für Vorfeld 2 vorgesehene Luftfahrzeuge werden von FINKENWERDER TOWER an FINKENWERDER APRON übergeben und rollen gemäß Anweisung von FINKENWERDER APRON zu ihrer Abstellposition. Die Übergabe erfolgt so frühzeitig wie möglich, spätestens jedoch bei Erreichen der Zuständigkeitsgrenze Apron Control (siehe AD 2 EDHI 2-5). Das Abstellen der Luftfahrzeuge auf den Stellplätzen erfolgt durch Signale des Einweisers. Abfertigungsplätze werden vom Flugplatzunternehmer/Apron Control entsprechend der betrieblichen Erfordernisse zugewiesen. Dies können auch nicht markierte Flächen sein. Aircraft intended for apron 2 will be transferred from FINKENWERDER TOWER to FINKENWERDER APRON and will taxi to their parking position in compliance with the instructions from FINKENWERDER APRON. The transfer will take place as early as possible, but no later than upon reaching the boundary of responsibility for Apron Control (see AD 2 EDHI 2-5). The marshaller will signal aircraft to park on the parking positions. Aircraft parking positions will be allocated by the aerodrome operator/apron Control in accordance with operational requirements. These may also be nondesignated areas. 6. Schubumkehr 6. Reverse Thrust Schubumkehr darf nur in dem Umfang angewendet werden, wie dies aus Sicherheitsgründen erforderlich ist. Die Stellung "Leerlauf-Schubumkehr" wird von dieser Regelung nicht erfasst. Reverse thrust, other than idle thrust, shall only be used to an extent necessary for safety reasons. 7. Besonderheiten bei der Rollwegnutzung 7. Particulars to observe when utilizing the taxiways 7.1 Das eigenständige Rollen ist auf den TWYs B, C, D North, D South und O (Breite: 23 m) für Luftfahrzeuge mit einer Spannweite von weniger als 52 m (Code D) und auf dem TWY E (Breite: 21 m) bis zu einer Spannweite von weniger als 24 m (Code B) erlaubt. Luftfahrzeuge der jeweils nächsthöheren Kategorie dürfen auf diesen Rollwegen nur geschleppt werden. Eine Nutzung für Luftfahrzeuge der Kategorie F (z.b. A380) ist untersagt. 7.2 Eine Betriebsstraße überquert TWY G (Code F) südöstlich des Vorfeldes 2. Der Querungsvorgang wird von Apron Control überwacht und gesteuert. Die Betriebsstraße ist beidseitig durch rote Haltebalken und gelb befeuerte mobile Absperrketten gegenüber TWY G gesichert. Die Betriebsstraße wird, bei Luftfahrzeugrollbetrieb mittels Schranken oder durch Fahrzeuge, gesperrt. Luftfahrzeuge dürfen den Bereich eigenständig queren. Bei Luftfahrzeugen des Musters A380 dürfen die Triebwerke 1 und 4 (äußere Triebwerke) maximal im Leerlauf drehen. Für alle anderen Luftfahrzeugmuster gibt es keine Einschränkungen. 7.1 Independent taxiing is permitted on TWYs B, C, D north, D south and O (width: 23 m) for aircraft with a span of less than 52 m (Code D) and on TWY E (width: 21 m) up to a span of less than 24 m (Code B).
