Die Studierenden wählen selbständig die relevanten Analysenparameter zur Bewertung von funktionellen Lebens- und Futtermitteln sowie Lebens-/Futtermitteln mit gentechnisch veränderten Organismen sowie die angebrachten Analysenmethoden aus, wenden sie selbständig an und werten mit angemessenen statistischen Methoden aus.
