Das Ventil ist in der Standardausführung für eine Betätigung mit Handrad vorgesehen. Die Ausrüstung des Ventils mit einem Drehantrieb mit einem Anschluss nach ISO 5210 B1 kann sowohl beim Hersteller als auch unter Betriebsbedingungen in der Anlage ohne Schweißen und ohne Demontage von Bauteilen erfolgen. Das Antriebssystem und der Adapter sind für alle Ventile DN10 bis DN50 gleich. Für die spätere Umrüstung von Ventilen mit Handrad mit einem Drehantrieb muss nur ein Typ Adapter im Lager vorgehalten sein. und eine geringe Schmutzempfindlichkeit bewirkt. Der Spindeldurchmesser im Stopfbuchsbereich ist ein Millimeter größer als das Spindelgewinde. Bei der Montage wird so die Packung vor Beschädigung geschützt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit der Nacharbeit der Spindel. Das Packungssystem ist für eine hohe Lebensdauer ausgelegt. Die Packung ist aus Reingrafit mit 99,85%C. Die Oberflächenqualität der Spindel und des Packungsraumes sowie die maximalen Spaltgrößen entsprechen den Vorgaben der Richtlinie VGB R107 L. Die drucktragenden Bauteile sind anwendungsgerecht aus warmfesten, geschmiedeten oder gewalzten Werkstoffen hergestellt. Die Deckeldichtung hat ein Kammprofil und eine Dichtung aus Reingrafit. Die Sitzpanzerung im Gehäuse weist mehr als 17% Cr auf und ist korrosions- und verschleißfest. Die Panzerung ist drei Millimeter dick und ermöglicht ein Nacharbeiten der Dichtfläche. Der Drosselkegel hat einen Kantensitz, der eine zuverlässige Abdichtung Die Spindel hat eine Rückdichtung, die als zusätzliche Spindelabdichtung für den Notbetrieb und als Ausblassicherung für die Spindel dient. Alle gleitenden Flächen am Spindelgewinde und der Bundbuchse können über Schmiernippel gefettet werden. Die Ventile in den beschriebenen Standardvarianten mit Stellungsanzeige und mit Endlagenschaltern können vom Hersteller geliefert oder, wie auch der Drehantrieb, unter Betriebsbedingungen in der Anlage ohne Schweißen und ohne Demontage von Bauteilen nachgerüstet werden.

The valve is provided in the standard design for an operation with a hand-wheel. The equipment of the valve with a multiturn actuator with a connection acc. ISO 5210 B1 can be performed both by manufacturer as well as under operating conditions in the plant without welding and without disassembly of components. The actuating system and the adapter are the same for all valves DN10 to DN50. For the subsequent retrofitting of valves with hand wheel with a multiturn actuator only one type of adapter has to be kept in the warehouse. The pressure-bearing components are manufactured of heatresistant forged or rolled materials in accordance with the application. The bonnet gasket is grooved and has a seal made of pure graphite. The body seat hard facing has more than 17% Cr and is resistant to corrosion and wear. The hard facing is 3mm thick and allows a reworking of the sealing surface. The throttle disc is designed as plug type and provides a reliable seal and a low sensitivity to dirt. The stem diameter in the stuffing box is 1mm larger than the screw threads. When assembling the stuffing box packing is protected from damage. There is the possibility of reworking of the stem. The stuffing box packing is made of pure graphite 99.85% C. The surface quality of the stem and of the packing chamber, and the maximum gap sizes are according to the requirements of the Directive VGB R107 L. The packing system is designed for long life. The stem has a back seat, which serves as an additional stem seal for emergency purposes and as a blow out protection for the stem. All sliding surfaces on the screw threads and on the yoke bushing can be lubricated via grease nipples. The valves described in the standard versions with position indicator and limit switches can be supplied by the manufacturer or, as the multiturn actuator, can under operating conditions be retrofitted into the system without welding and without disassembly.
