3 TAKE HOME 2017 Ökonomisch gesehen ist die Finanzkrise überwunden. Die Dynamik der Preise rückt in den Fokus. In den USA und Deutschland bildet sich eine Lohn-Preis-Spirale. Für viele Arbeitnehmer in den Industrieländern sind die Vorteile der Globalisierung kaum spürbar. Kooperativen Strukturen werden in Frage gestellt. Auf jeden Fall ist eine grundlegende Neubesinnung notwendig. Eine politisch motivierte protektionistische Handelspolitik ist das grösste singuläre Risiko für die Weltwirtschaft. Immobilien sind als verlässlicher Realwert weiter angezeigt. Folie 3

14 RISIKO GLOBALISIERUNG Eine bislang eher von linker Seite vorgebrachte Kritik an der Umsetzung der Globalisierung ist plötzlich zu einem relevanten politischen Faktor geworden. Bislang hatte die existentielle Bedrohung der ungelösten Finanzkrise einen grösseren Protest der Benachteiligten verhindert, doch nun... Das grösste fundamentale Risiko besteht in der Annahme, dass eine Zerschlagung bestehender kooperativen Strukturen aktuelle Verteilungsprobleme lösenwird. Folie 14

16 FAZIT 2017 wird sich die konjunkturelle Erholung weiter festigen. Die Zinsen werden in Abhängigkeit der US-Wirtschaftspolitik nochmals deutlich steigen. Die SNB wird ihre Politik der negativen Zinsen überdenken. Gefahr droht von Seiten der Politik. Die Handelspolitik von Trump und die französischen Präsidentschaftswahlen im Mai 2017 werden wegweisend sein für die europäische Konjunktur, den EUR und die Schweiz. Immobilien bleiben angesichts der politische Unsicherheiten und inflationärem Potential weiterhin attraktiv. Folie 16
