The push-in fittins of the MB line are made of a Technopolymer belonin to the Acetal Resins Family (POM) also well known for the dimensional stability offered, stiffness, fatiue and corrosion resistance. These features can bride the ap between metal and the traditional plastic materials. Les raccords de la série MB sont en tecnopolymère, produit de la famille des résines acétales (POM) et connu pour sa stabilité dimensionelle, riidité, résistance à la fatiue et à la corrosion, caractéristiques qui couvrent l'écart entre le métal et les plastiques traditionnels. Taliare il tubo a 90 (servendosi della pinza taliatubo RA 34) verificando l assenza di bave interne ed esterne e facendo attenzione che il tubo non si presenti ovalizzato dopo il talio. 2. Inserire il tubo nel raccordo spinendolo fino in battuta. 1. Cut the tube square (by means of a hose cutter i.e. our RA 34) makin sure that no burrs are left and that the tube is not oval. 2. Effettuato il colleamento, assicurarsi che il tubo inserito nel raccordo non sia sottoposto ad alcuna forza di trazione; è necessario inoltre rispettare durante il colleamento del tubo il raio minimo di curvatura consiliato così come riportato nella sezione tubi di questo cataloo tecnico (vedi pa. 312) Al fine di evitare lo sancio involontario del tubo nessun oetto deve venire a contatto con l anello estrattore del raccordo evitando così l esercizio di qualsiasi forza indesiderata, anche solo laterale, che potrebbe causare la pressione dell anello estrattore e conseuente rilascio del tubo. Per il serraio delle parti filettate del raccordo si raccomanda di attenersi alle coppie consiliate riportate a pa.6 Once the tubin is connected to the fittin, make sure that the tubin is not subject to any tensile strenth and that the min. recommended bendin radius stated in the tubin section of this cataloue is complied with (see pae 312). To prevent any accidental tube release, no components have to come in touch with the release rin and exercise any unwanted pressure on the same. Indeed however lateral, any load on the release rin may cause the tube disconnection. To tihten threads, please check out our tihtenin torque chart illustrated at pae 6. Ealement, il est nécessaire de respecter, lors du branchement du tube, le rayon minimum de courbure conseillé dans la section tubes de ce cataloue technique (voir la pae 312). Afin d éviter le décrochae involontaire du tube, aucun objet ne doit entrer en contact avec la baue d extraction du raccord, empêchant ainsi l exercice de toute force indésirable, ne serait-ce que latérale, qui pourrait provoquer la pression de la baue d extraction et donc le relâchement du tube. Pour le serrae des parties filetées du raccord, il est recommandé de s en tenir aux couples de serrae conseillés et reportés à la pae 6. Keine unerwünschte Kraft darf auch nicht seitlich einwirken und kein Druck soll auf den Löserin auseübt werden, denn dies das Schlauchlösen verursachen könnte. Zum Festziehen der Gewinde sich an den, auf Seite 6, empfohlenen Drehmomente einhalten. 73
