4 Seitenbezeichnungen / Drehrichtungen Identification of sides / Directions of rotation Um ein Servo-Kegelradgetriebe genau definieren und beschreiben zu können sind einheitliche Standards notwendig. Wichtig hierzu ist die Bezeichnung der einzelnen Seiten der Getriebe, sowie die Lage der Kegelräder und die genaue Definition der Drehrichtungen. Seitenbezeichnungen Die Seiten eines Servo-Kegelradgetriebes sind mit den Buchstaben A, B, C, D, E, und F bezeichnet. Lage der Kegelräder Die Lage der Kegelräder ist Seite C und A, wobei wir die Seite C als Eintrieb definieren. Drehrichtungen Die Drehrichtungen einzelner Wellenzapfen werden definiert, indem man von außen auf den Wellenzapfen schaut. Aus dieser Sicht erfolgt die Drehrichtungsangabe rechts oder links. To describe and define a Servo-Spiral bevel gearbox accurately, uniform standards are required. The important points here are a way of identifying each side of a gearbox and the positions of the bevel gears, and clear definition of the directions of rotation. Identification of sides The sides of a Servo-Spiral bevel gearbox are identified with the letters A, B, C, D, E and F. (see drawing below) Positions of bevel gears The bevel gears are positioned against sides C and A, and side C is defined as the input side. Directions of rotation The direction of rotation of each shaft end is defined as though you were looking from the outside at the shaft end. 5 Wartung - Schmierung Maintenance - Lubrication Inbetriebnahme Alle Getriebe werden mit einer synthetischen Ölfüllung geliefert. Eine Entlüftungsventil wird separat mitgeliefert und muss vom Kunden montiert werden. Setting up the drive All gearboxes are supplied oil filled. With the gearbox the breather screw is supplied loose and must be fitted upon installation. Ölwechsel Alle Getriebe sind durch die synthetische Ölfüllung lebensdauergeschmiert. Da das Öl über einen längeren Betriebszeitraum verschmutzt, kann dies zu einem höheren Verschleiß im Getriebe führen. Wir empfehlen deshalb auch bei Schmierung mit synthetischen Ölen alle Betriebsstunden einen Ölwechsel durchzuführen. Die empfohlene Ölsorte und die Ölmengen entnehmen Sie bitte den nachfolgenden Tabellen. Oil change All gearboxes are lubricated for life, with synthetic oil. During a long period of operation,the oil can become contaminated. This can lead to increased wear in the gearbox. We therefore recommend, even when synthetic oil is used, that the oil should be changed after approximately hours operation. The tables below specify the correct oil grade and quantities. 21 Motoranbau Motor mounting Die Verbindung Motor Getriebe erfolgt über Spannelemente ohne Passfederverbindung. Um einen einwandfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten, sollten Motoren mit reduzierten Rund- und Planlauftoleranzen nach DIN R eingesetzt werden. Das Getriebe zur Motormontage vertikal aufstellen, Motorflansch nach oben zeigend. Vor dem Zusammenbau ist die Motorwelle sowie die Sacklochbohrung im Getriebe zu entfetten. Die Verschlußschraube bzw. die 2 Kunststoffstopfen im Motorflansch entfernen und einen langen Innensechskantschlüssel nach innen bis zu den tangentialen Spannschrauben im Spannelement durchschieben. Das Spannelement durch Drehen hierzu in die richtige Position bringen. Den Motor nun von oben senkrecht mit der Motorwelle in die Sacklochbohrung einführen. Sicherstellen, dass die Motorwelle ganz eingeführt ist und die Motorflansche sauber aufeinander liegen. Jetzt können die Motorflanschschrauben eingesetzt werden, diese jedoch nur anlegen, nicht festziehen. Danach die Schrauben des Spannelementes in drei Schritten wechselseitig (20% / 50% / 100%) mit dem erforderlichen Drehmoment festziehen. Das erforderliche Drehmoment ist auf dem jeweiligen Spannelement in Nm angegeben. Nun die Motorflanschschrauben festziehen. Nach der Montage die Verschlußschraube bzw. die Kunststoffstopfen unbedingt wieder montieren. The connection between motor and gearbox is made using a shrink disc bush without a keyway. For maximum performance we recommend the use of motors with reduced shaft tolerance and concentricity according to DIN R standards. When fitting the motor, position the gearbox vertically with the motor flange upwards. Before assembly, degrease the motor shaft and the blind hole in the gearbox. Remove the lock screw or two plastic plugs from the motor flange of the gearbox, and insert a long Allen key to reach the tangential clamping screw in the coupling. The coupling must first be turned to the correct position for the screw to be accessible. Lower the motor vertically with the motor shaft in the blind hole. Ensure that the motor shaft has completely entered the bore, and that the flanges of motor and gearbox are in contact with each other over their full surface. The motor flange screws can now be inserted (do not tighten them completely). Then tighten the screws of the coupling with the required tightening torque. Do this in 3 steps alternately with 20%, 50% and then 100%. The tightening torque is marked on the coupling in Nm. Finish tightening the motor flange screws. Als loses Teil wird eine Entlüftung separat mitgeliefert. Diese Entlüftung ist vor Inbetriebnahme je nach Einbaulage gegen einen Gewindestopfen auszutauschen. Siehe auch die nachfolgende Zeichnung.
