KA 1: Mobilität Studierende: Auslandsstudium (3-12 Monate); Auslandspraktikum und Lehramtsassistenz (2-12 Monate); joint Master degrees, Kreditfinanziertes Masterstudium; Hochschulabsolvent/innen: Auslandspraktika (2-12 Monate); Personal: Auslandsdozenturen (2 Tage 2 Monate, mind. 8 Lehrstunden), Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (2 Tage-2 Monate); KA 2: Partnerschaften Strategische Partnerschaften (dezentrale Maßnahme) Kapazitätsaufbauprojekte / Internationale Hochschulpartnerschaften (zentrale Maßnahme) Wissensallianzen (zentrale Maßnahme) 4

5 Key Action 1 Learning Mobility of Individuals - Higher Education- Credit learning mobility of students (short cycles/bachelor/master/doctorate) + HE staff Mobility 1. Credit mobility: International opening of Erasmus, more mobility of students and staff between EU non EU in both directions NEW: Erasmus open to the whole world in both directions for studies, traineeships, staff teaching and training ex action 2 of Erasmus Mundus (based on bilateral agreements) 2. Degree mobility: Joint Master courses of excellent quality offered by consortium of EU/non EU universities to attract the very best students worldwide Grants for Joint Master Courses ex action 1 of Erasmus Mundus Action 3. Student loan guarantee

11 Key Action 1 Joint Master Courses (1/3) Erfahrungen der Erasmus Mundus Masterprogramme dienen als Grundlage Umgesetzt von Konsortien aus EU HS und (wo relevant) nicht-eu HS Drittlandhochschulen bleiben als Vollpartner förderfähig Vollstipendien weiterhin prioritär für Studierende, die nicht aus der EU kommen (ca. 70%) Stärkerer Fokus auf: Einbindung von Unternehmen / öffentlichen Einrichtungen "Employability" (Einbindung von Praktika) Gemeinsamer Abschluss (Joint Degree) weiter gewünscht, aber nicht verpflichtend jedes Konsortium erhält einen 4-jährigen Vertrag 1 abschließendes Vorbereitungsjahr + 3 konsekutive Kohorten Studierender

Knowledge Alliances: structure partnerships between HEI and businesses Open to the world 3. Specific support with neighbourhood countries: Capacity building through partnerships between EU and ENP universities with a mobility component. 4. Rest of the world: Capacity building between universities in the EU and Asia, Latin America & Africa Strategic Partnerships Raise HEIs capacity to modernise Knowledge Alliances University-business cooperation for more innovation Support to Neighbourhood countries (ENP) Partnerships between HEIs from EU and ENP Curriculum development, modernisation, modern teaching and teaching, upgrading of facilities, improve HEIs governance, stronger links with the world of work + INTEGRATED MOBILITY of students & staff Cooperation with Asia, Latin America, Africa Mobility limited to HEI staff to achieve projects objectives
