Pumpfunktion, Arterielle Hypertonie, bisher unbehandelt Aktivitätsparameter: 9.9.08: LDH 158 U/l, Hb 14,8 g/dl, ß2-M. 3,0 mg/l, FLIPI2: interm. risk (KM, ß2)

Bendamustine-R vs CHOP-R Conclusion Bendamustine plus Rituximab has the potential to become a treatment of 1 st -choice in these disease entities
Meine Schlussfolgerung R-Bendamustin ist erste Wahl, weil 1. mindestens gleiche Effektivität wie R-CHOP 2. weniger toxisch (BB, Mukositis, Infektionen) 3. kein Haarausfall 4. keine erhöhte Rate an Transformation 5. Sammlung von Stammzellen möglich R-CHOP ist nicht tot, muß sich aber in weiteren randomisierten Studien Stellenwert neu erkämpfen
