Fazit & Ausblick Elastographie als sinnvolle Ergänzung in Abklärungssituation, insb. für die Brust. DD maligne vs. benigne Potenzial: Bewertung von BI-RADS 3 und 4a Läsionen verbessern. Konfirmatorische Studie mit großer Fallzahl läuft. Verschiedene Studien verwenden unterschiedliche explorative cut-offs (und unterschiedliche Technologien). Elastographie als zusätzliches Diagnostikum in der Neoadjuvanz scheint möglich und sinnvoll.
