Rezidiv Generell gilt Platinsensitiver Tumor: Isolierte Rezidive (umschrieben, nicht mehr als 3-5) können operativ behandelt werden. Bei R0 Resektion gleiche Chancen wie nach Erstoperation (=Verlängerung des Überlebens wahrscheinlich) Alle anderen: Eine Chemotherapie bei asymptomatischen Rezidiven ist zu hinterfragen.
