Resultate Blutdrucksenkung vergleichbar mit Simplicity HTN1 und HTN2. Therapie-Erfolg bei 80% der Patienten.
Zusammenfassung Therapierefraktäre HTN ist häufig. Folgeschäden sind prognostisch bedeutsam. Die Sympathicusdenervation ist bei der therapierefraktären HTN erfolgversprechend. Postinterventionell ist eine Rückbildung von Endorganschäden nachweisbar. Langzeit-Daten und Entpunktstudien stehen noch aus.
