Frischplasma: alleinige Therapie mit FFP ist oft unzureichend; gezielte Einzelfaktorentherapie ist vorzuziehen. 5. Fibrinogen: > 1,5 g/dl-2,0 g/l 6. Einsatz von rfviia: bei konventionell nicht stillbaren Blutungen. 7. Lokale Hämostyptika: scheinen effektiver als herkömmliche Wundverbände und sind nach Lokalisation und Art der Blutung den herkömmlichen Wundverbänden vorzuziehen
