Resektion Primarius bei nicht resektablen Metastasen Fazit Bei synchronen Leber-, Lungen-, Lymphknotenmetastasen sollte primär eine palliative Cx angestrebt werden. Dies gilt insbesondere für schlecht differenzierte Tumoren, hohe Tumorlast, drohendes Organversagen und metastasenbedingte klinische Symptomatik Primarius-Resektionen sind primär bei klinisch relevanten Stenosen und Blutungen, im Verlauf präventiv bei Progression des Primarius und drohenden Komplikationen indiziert.
